48 Hours Shipping: last order date for stocked items for pre-Christmas delivery is Friday 19th December before 2pm
Next Day Shipping: last order date for stocked items for for pre-Christmas delivery is Monday 22nd December before 2pm
Express next day shipping orders will be processed over the Christmas period but delivery is not guarunteed for next day. Normal delivery schedules resume on Monday 5th January.
EIZO Monitors
Please note that throughout December there are extended shipping timescales for EIZO monitors due to maintenance at EIZO and Christmas operating hours:
- 15th - 19th Dec: Next business day delivery if ordered by 3pm.
- 20th Dec - 4th Jan: Warehouse is closed - shipping will commence from the 5th January so please take into account there may be a delay for your order to be shipped
- 5th Jan onward: Usual next business day delivery resumes.

FAQs
How is the delivery cost charged?
Carriage costs are calculated during the checkout process and the correct charge* will display once your destination country and address have been chosen.
*Shipping to outside of the UK may be subject to additional costs and tariffs.
Free delivery is available throughout Great Britain on all orders over £150.
We reserve the right to impose a carriage surcharge on certain bulky items, including monitors and printers, on overseas deliveries, or where the destination address is outside our normal areas. You will be informed by email if your order has attracted a surcharge and given the opportunity to agree to the additional carriage cost or to cancel your order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders received before 2pm GMT will be dispatched on the same business day, depending on stock availability and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email detailing the method of shipment. In the UK, your order will normally arrive the next working day, although in some areas it may take 2-3 days. To deliver outside main conurbations, delivery can take up to 7 days.
How do I arrange a Saturday delivery?
We are happy to arrange your delivery on a Saturday, simply contact our Sales office on 0800 977 4167, when you place your order and we will confirm and arrange this for you.

Our full time warehouse and despatch teams operate from modern logistics hub facilities in the UK, which means we're able to deliver on time, every time!
