The PocketWizard CM-N3-ACC-1 is a special remote shutter release cable called a pre-trigger cable. A pre-trigger cable controls both the half-press and full-press function of your remote camera’s shutter release. When a camera is “pre-triggered”, it is like holding your camera’s shutter release button in the half-pressed or metering/focusing position.

A standard cable works with most PocketWizard radios but has no half-press control and is for basic remote triggering only. Adding a PTMM adapter allows you to keep the camera awake.

Compatible with cameras using Canon's N3 remote terminal including:

Canon EOS-1, 1D, 1D x and 1Ds series, EOS-3, EOS5D series, EOS 6D series, EOS 7D series, EOS 10D, EOS 20D/20Da, EOS 30D, EOS 40D, EOS 50D, EOS 60D/60Da, EOS D30, EOS D60 and other Canon cameras with N3 remote shutter release terminal
