Software Maintenance & Support Agreement (SMSA)

All Fiery XF configurations, upgrades and trade-ins include a 1-year Software Maintenance & Support Agreement. The SMSA covers software upgrades with new features, drivers or bug fixes. All customers with valid SMSA are entitled to free of charge software updates, support directly from EFI via phone, email or remote diagnostics tool. The EFI Fiery XF 8 Software Maintenance & Support Agreement is available as a yearly renewal fee for one or multiple-year renewals.
