BenQ / Affinity Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for all customers who have purchased either a BenQ PD2720U or PD3220U from either ColorConfidence or Grafipress. This offer will only apply to the first 30 sales of these products.
2. Following a qualifying purchase, Typemaker Limited will automatically email the customer their unique code to Affinity Publisher with instructions on how to download the software. The software must be downloaded by September 30^th 2020.
3. The safety of the unique redemption code is the customer’s responsibility. We can only send one code per valid product purchase. If this code has already been activated upon registration, we will investigate the matter.
4. The software must be downloaded via the Affinity website, which will be subject to their terms and conditions.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Color Confidence or Grafipress promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
6. This promotion is only valid to countries within Europe.
7. The promotional code is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
8. Typemaker Limited is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
9. Typemaker Limited reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
10. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Typemaker Limited and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Typemaker Limited promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
11. The decisions of Typemaker Limited in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
12. Typemaker Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
